In 2007 our company successfully provided an RPO service for the entire Clipsal Australia Group. Within the first 3 months we filled 85 positions, many of which had been long term standing vacancies that were unfiled for over 12 months prior to our engagement. In addition we provided exit interviewing services, outplacement and conflict counselling services for our client.
